I. General provisions

These “Regulations for use of the Contact Form” set out the rules for free use by Users of the “Contact Form” available on the website Bibliografia.pl, owned by Trzecia Strona company, for the purpose of obtaining answers to question(s) within the scope covered thereby.

II. Definitions

The terms used in these Regulations mean:

  1. Contact Form – a form in which Bibliografia.pl website Users provide the necessary information and data in order to obtain answers to the questions they ask.
  2. User – a person using the “Contact Form” within the scope provided for in these Regulations.

III. Specification of the rules governing Users’ access to the Contact Form

  1. Access to the Contact Form does not depend on the fulfillment of any formalities by Users, in particular, this access does not require Users to register or log in.
  2. Trzecia Strona Sp. z o. o. provides Users free access to the Contact Form for an indefinite period of time.
  3. The Contact Form shall be used only for correspondence relating to information about Bibliografia software, within the scope specified therein.

IV. Terms of use of the Contact Form and User’s obligations

  1. For the purpose of using the Contact Form, User shall perform the following activities:
    • filling in the Contact Form by providing the following data and information: name and surname, e-mail address, message subject and message content,
    • confirming that they have read the Regulations and accept all provisions therein,
    • confirming that they consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of preparing and submitting answers to their question(s) and archiving them,
    • confirming their intent to be contacted by clicking on the “Send message” link in the Contact Form.
  2. User is obligated to use the Contact Form in compliance with the law, these Regulations and good customs.
  3. User is obligated to not provide false personal data, as well as to not provide another person’s personal data without the person’s permission, and to not provide an e-mail address that does not belong to them. User bears sole responsibility for the content of the data they provide, including liability for any infringement of the rights of third parties.
  4. User is obligated to read any changes to these Regulations.

V. Responsibility of Trzecia Strona sp. z o. o.

  1. Trzecia Strona sp. z o. o. is not responsible for User’s decisions made on the basis of information obtained in reply to User’s submitted Contact Form.
  2. Trzecia Strona sp. z o. o. declares that all information obtained by the User via the Contact Form and information published on the website bibliografia.pl in the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section is informative in character.
  3. Trzecia Strona sp. z o. o. shall not be liable for lack of access to the Contact Form resulting from reasons beyond its control or other technical reasons relating to the functioning of the ICT system or the website bibliografia.pl.
  4. Trzecia Strona sp. z o. o. reserves the right to amend the provisions of these Regulations at any time. The amendments come into force when they are posted to the website bibliografia.pl, in the section Contact Form Regulations..
  5. Trzecia Strona sp. z o. o. reserves the right to completely cease offering this service at any time without giving reasons.

VI. Processing of personal data by Trzecia Strona company.

  1. The administrator of personal data pursuant to the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922, consolidated text) is Trzecia Strona sp. z o. o., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Orłów Piastowskich 80.
  2. User’s personal data is processed on the basis of the consent granted by the person to whom the data apply by User checking the appropriate box in the Contact Form.
  3. The following personal data of the User are processed: name, surname, e-mail address.
  4. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so may prevent you from obtaining an answer via the Contact Form.
  5. User is entitled to access their data and correct it if they wish. Every User, pursuant to art. 7 point 5) of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data, is also entitled to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data, by sending an appropriate request to the address: iod@3strona.pl
  6. User’s personal data may be made available only to: a. the relevant government authorities at their request on the basis of generally applicable provisions of law, b. other persons and entities in cases other than those described in point a) only with the express prior consent of the person whom the data concerns.
  7. The data administrator meets all the requirements of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922, consolidated text).
