PREAMBLE:

The Website’s privacy policy is addressed to the people who use it, hereinafter referred to as Users. It presents the scope of data pertaining to personal identification of the User which is collected by the website owner as well as the mechanisms ensuring the User’s privacy (as required under law). The privacy policy also fulfills the obligation to provide information to the person whom the data concerns (User).

2. Method of data collection

Users’ data may be collected automatically by the server as they are provided by the User during the process of sending an inquiry from the Contact Form.

3. How the data is used

Users’ data are used for the purposes of website administration, compilation of website visit statistics, website content management and maintaining contact with Users. Users’ data are not shared with other entities, except for entities authorized to obtain such data under the law.

4. Contact with User

5. Making changes to the User’s personal data

Every User may report any changes in their personal data to the website owner in written correspondence, by telephone or by e-mail, or make these changes on their own on the website.

6. Obligation to provide information

Pursuant to Art. 13 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04/05/2016), I hereby inform that:

  2. your personal data will be processed for the purposes of website administration, compilation of website visit statistics, website content management and maintaining contact with Users – pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016.
  3. the recipients of your personal data will only be entities legally authorized to obtain such data and entities participating in the provision of services.
  4. your personal data will be retained for a period of 5 years, in accordance with the tax ordinance/ period of business activity, or until you deregister.
  5. you are entitled to demand access to your personal data from the administrator as well as to rectify, delete or limit processing of your data.
  6. you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  7. providing your personal data is voluntary, although refusal to provide such data may result in our inability to fulfill your order.

7. Website cookie policy

  • Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s end device and are intended for using the Website’s pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the retention time on the end device and a unique number.
  • The entity that places cookies on the Website User’s end device and accesses them is the Website owner.
  • Cookies are not used to obtain any information about Website Users or to track their navigation. The cookies used on the Website do not store any personal data or other information collected from Users; they are used for statistical purposes.
  • By default, the software used for browsing websites (browser) allows cookies to be used on the User’s device on which it is running. The Website owner informs that this Website contains links to other websites. The Website owner recommends that you read the privacy policies in force at these websites, as the Website owner is not responsible for them.

9. . Protection of User data on the Website

A description of technical and organizational security measures is set forth in the Security Policy (personal data protection) of the Website owner. In particular, the following safeguards are used:

  1. Data downloaded automatically by the server are secured by a website access authentication mechanism;
  2. Data collected from Users during the process of sending the Contact Form are secured by SSL protocol;
  3. Website administration can be accessed only via an authentication mechanism.

10. Information on changes to privacy policy

If any changes are made to the Website’s privacy policy, they will be explicitly stated in the policy.
